JUSTICE GURVINDER SINGH GILL Present:- Mr. Sarbjit Singh, Advocate for the petitioners. ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas raised herein before the Trial Court including his plea to the effect that the deceased did not die on account of the alleged push but died a natural death as would be evident from the opinion of the doctor in post mortem report (Annexure P-5), especially keeping in view the fact that the deceased was aged 75 years at the time of his death. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
