Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that order dated 03.12.2019, reverting the petitioner to the post of Junior Engineer-I, was stayed vide order dated 09.12.2019 passed in CWP-35645-2019. In pursuance of order dated 09.12.2019, order of reversion of petitioner has been taken back, subject to final decision of CWP-35645-2019. However, salary for the month of December, 2019 has not been released for the post of Assistant Engineer.

The writ petition (CWP-35645-2019) filed by the petitioner is still pending and the interim order passed in that petition has been complied with. For any further relief, petitioner may avail other legal remedy available to him in accordance with law. No reason is made out to initiate proceedings against the respondent under the Contempt of Courts Act. Dismissed.
