This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 17.11.2023 passed in CWP-4194-2020. 2.

Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that the order dated 17.11.2023 was duly complied with and a speaking order was passed on 04.07.2025.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.

Needless to say that if the petitioners are so aggrieved, they would always be at liberty to challenge the speaking order in accordance with law.
