Instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside order dated 13.11.2019, Annexure P-12, passed by the Financial Commissioner (Revenue), Punjab, vide which, Revision Petition bearing ROR No.633/2018, titled as "Gurdeep Singh Versus The Collector-cum-Additional Deputy Commissioner, Ludhiana and others", has been dismissed.

In view of the stand taken by the official respondents, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy of appeal available to the petitioner under Section 47-A (4) of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899. Liberty is also granted to him to move an appropriate application for condonation of delay under the Limitation Act, 1963 before the Appellate Authority.
