The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking direction to respondents to refund security which was deposited for the allotment of paddy. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not been allotted even a single kilogram of paddy, thus, in terms of order dated 03.08.2023 passed by this Court in CWP No. 25267 of 2022 titled as "M/s Sran Rice Mills and another vs. State of Punjab and others", the petitioner are entitled to refund of security. 3.

Learned State counsel does not dispute the applicability of aforesaid order to the facts of the present case, however, submits that State is in the process of filing LPA against the said order. PARAMJIT KAUR SAINI 2023.12.14 17:55 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
