**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) Through this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.154 dated 22.10.2023 registered under Section 306 of IPC at P.S. Sadar Raikot, District Ludhiana.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Kawal Singh submits that in compliance of order dated 07.12.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 07.12.2023 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
