This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for noncompliance of the order dated 17.07.2025 passed in CWP-19802-2025. 2.

Learned State counsel states that a speaking order dated 27.10.2025 has been passed after affording a personal hearing to the petitioner. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. 3.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.
