***** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J .(Oral) The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.59 dated 17.02.2016, registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code at Police Station Model Town, Rewari.

Petitioner is an attesting witness to the agreement to sell and he was not privy to any bilateral obligations arising out of agreement to sell. He merely identified the party to the agreement. CRM-M No.54702 of 2019 (O&M) -2to join the investigation with interim protection. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Lal Chand states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his presence is no more required for any further investigation of the case.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, order dated 19.12.2019 passed by the Coordinate Bench is made absolute, however petitioner shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P. Petition stands disposed of.
