MANISHA BATRA, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in FIR mentioned below:- FIR No.

Dated Police Station Sections 28.08.2023 Cyber Crime, Panipat 66-C, 66-D, 66-E, 67, 67-A of IT Act and Section 354-A, 354-D, 509 (b) of IPC, 1860 2.

Vide order dated 16.12.2023 passed by this Court, the petitioner was released on interim bail and was directed to join investigation. 3.

Learned State counsel filed status report dated 13.12.2024. The same is taken on record. He further, on instructions states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and she is not required for custodial interrogation. 4.

In view of the said facts, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 16.12.2023 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
