Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case bearing FIR No.110 dated 07.11.2023 registered under Sections 22 and 29 of NDPS Act at P.S. Badhni Kalan, District Moga.

Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Karamjit Singh of concerned Police Station submits that in compliance of order 18.12.2023, the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for any further investigation. 3.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petition is allowed. Order dated 18.12.2023 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, is hereby made absolute. However the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when called upon and shall abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
