RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.44 dated 12.06.2018 registered under Sections 302 and 34 IPC at Police Station Nurmahal, District Jalandhar Rural.

On instructions from ASI Jagtar Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 09.01.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
