The learned State counsel has informed the Court that the challan has already been presented by the police on 20.01.2020. On the request of learned counsel representing the petitioners, the petition was adjourned on 23.01.2020, 28.02.2020 and 29.07.2021. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the petition.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
