The contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 08.02.2024 passed in CWP-1624-2020, whereby, competent authority was directed to decide the reply to the show cause notice filed by the petitioner after providing opportunity of being heard. 2.

Learned counsel for respondents contends that in compliance of order dated 08.02.2024, affidavit of Mr. Rajesh Kumar, Executive Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Kanina, District Mohindergarh dated 12.01.2026 along with Annexure R-1 to R-3 has been filed. Copy of the same is taken on record. 3.

A perusal of affidavit dated 12.01.2026 shows that order dated 08.02.2024 passed in CWP-1624-2020 has been complied with. 4.

In view of the same, the contempt is purged and rule is discharged. 5.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
