SANJAY VASHISTH , J (ORAL) On a call given by the High Court Bar Association, vide resolution dated 15.12.2025, lawyers are observing strike today also, and not appearing in the Court(s). 1.

Criminal Misc. Application bearing No.CRM-50218-2025, under Section 528 of BNSS, has been filed seeking preponement of the date of hearing in the main case, and application, i.e. CRM-50219-2025 has been filed for withdrawal of the main case i.e. CRM-M-55026-2025. 2.

It is averred in the application for seeking withdrawal of the main case, that petitioner does not wish to press the present bail petition at this stage, and seeks liberty to pursue appropriate remedy at the later stage, if so advised. 3.

Considering the averments made in the applications, date of hearing in the main case is preponed from 19.01.2026 to today itself, i.e., 16.12.2025, and the same is taken on board for disposal, and in view of the request made by the petitioner, present petition stands dismissed as having been withdrawn, with the liberty as sought and recorded here above. 4.

As a necessary corollary, the main petition i.e. CRM-M-550262025 is dismissed as withdrawn. 8.
