Challenge in the instant revision petition is to the order dated 09.12.2019 (Annexure P-7) vide which the petitioners have been proceeded against ex parte and conditional warrants have been issued against petitioner No.2.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners has limited his prayer to the extent that the petitioners may be granted liberty to appear through counsel before the Executing Court and till then no coercive steps be taken against petitioner No.2.

In view of the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the present revision petition without going into the merits of the case and without issuing notice of motion, as it would only delay the proceedings. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. Petitioner No.2 shall however, appear alongwith his counsel before the Executing Court and the court below shall thereafter proceed with the execution in accordance SONIA BURA 2019.12.19 16:13 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document chandigarh

It is clarified that in case the petitioner raises any grievance/objection in respect of the execution, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law by the Executing Court.
