Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C in case bearing FIR No.04 dated 16.01.2019 registered under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Rohdai, District Rewari.
Notice of motion was issued on 06.01.2020 on the premise that number of vehicle i.e. HR-46TC-0013 is the trade certificate number, which is in the form of lot number issued by the Regional Transport Authority, Rothak to the dealer. The dealer in the present case is M.G. Motors, Hisar Road, Rohtak. CRM-M No.55482 of 2019(O&M) attempt of forgery in the context of affixing fake number plate on the vehicle.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the offence is purely relatable to the documents and the petitioner has joined the investigation in pursuance of order dated 06.01.2020.
Learned State counsel on instructions from Inspector Kabul Singh admits the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation in the case.
In view of aforesaid factual position, the interim order dated 06.01.2020 is made absolute. Petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
Petition stands disposed of.
