After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if the representation dated 05.11.2024 (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner is looked into by the official respondents and appropriate steps are taken to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner, who is being threatened with dire consequences by the private respondents. 3.

On the asking of the Court, Ms. Trishanjali Sharma, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the State.

In view of the restricted prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of with directions to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, District Nuh, to look into the representation dated 05.11.2024 (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner and take appropriate steps, if any required, in accordance with law.
