Petitioner - Ashok Kumar, aged about 45 years, has filed present writ petition for quashing the impugned award dated 26.07.2021 (Annexure P-3) passed by learned Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court - I, Gurugram, whereby reference No.R/392/2011 under Section 10

(1) (c) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, has been answered against him.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition.

Accordingly, present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
