Learned State counsel submits that compliance report dated 26.08.2025 by way of affidavit of Ishan Kaushal, Executive Engineer, Water Supply & Sanitation Divisoin, Fatehgarh Sahib, a copy thereof has been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner. He further informs that in compliance of the directions dated 31..05.2024 of the Writ Court, a speaking order dated 06.02.2025, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner (Annexure R-1) has been passed.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition, the same stands disposed of.
