None has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

The learned State counsel submits that an FIR No.28 dated 24.01.2026 under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 127(2), 351(2), 191(3) and 190 of BNS, 2023 stands registered at the instance of the petitioner against 06 persons, namely Amarjit Singh @ Goldy, Palwinder Singh, Satwinder Singh @ Sajjan, Hardeep Singh @ Harsh, Harpreet Kaur and Gurtej Singh @ Teji. 4.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.
