(ORAL) Present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 30.07.2021 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Collector, Hisar and order dated 04.07.2023 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned Commissioner, Hisar Division, Hisar whereby the petitioner has been removed from the post of Nambardar on the ground of criminal case. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail the alternative remedy as available to him in accordance with law before the learned Financial Commissioner.

Allowed to do so.
