(ORAL) Prayer in this 5th petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 0312 dated 11.07.2020 registered under Sections 34/365 and 506 IPC and Sections 8 and 18 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 at Police Station Gharaunda.

After arguing for some time, when this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
