 .)    *2 * ;   ) *..<2< $  1. Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S., the petitioner seeks the concession of anticipatory bail, in case FIR No.157 dated 07.07.2024, under Sections 406 and 420 of the IPC, registered at P.S. Ateli, District Mahendergarh.

2. At the outset itself, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, without admitting the allegations levelled in the present FIR, rather to show his bona fide, the petitioner is ready and willing to deposit the amount of ₹ 3,97,000/-, as alleged to be received through bank transactions, with the investigating officer, through drawing a demand draft in favour of the complainant.

3. Notice of motion for 17.12.2024.

4. Mr. Bhupender Singh, D.A.G., Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State of Haryana.

5. In the meantime, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation and to appear before the investigating agency, as and when called upon to do so. In the event of his arrest, he shall be admitted to interim bail on his furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the Arresting/Investigating Officer. The petitioner shall abide by the terms and conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
