(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the official respondents No.1 to 4 to issue the Property ID in respect of land measuring 644 Sq. Yards, situated in Chotu Ram, Colony, Ward No.10, Safidon, District Jind to the petitioner. 2.

On advance service of copy of petition, Mr. Sharad Aggarwal, Advocate appears and files his Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No.4 in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. 3.
