***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards averments made in the petition, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2Superintendent of Police, Fatehabad, Haryana to ensure that in case any application is moved by the petitioner within a period of one week from today seeking protection, the same be decided in accordance with law as regards the alleged threat perception and in case it is found that there is any apprehension of causing of harm to the petitioner or to other members of his family, then necessary steps as warranted under law be taken thereupon at the earliest.

A copy of this order be sent to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Fatehabad, Haryana so as to enable him to do the needful expeditiously.
