Seeking cancellation of bail granted to respondent no.2, the petitioners have come up before this Court under Section 439(2) CrPC. 2.
Petitioners-parents of the accused-respondent no.2, who have brought him on this planet, aggrieved by receipt of continuous beatings at the behest of respondent no.2, had come up before this Court seeking interference of this Court to put him behind bar in FIR captioned above. 3.
The maximum sentence imposable under for offences in the FIR is seven years. CRM-M-57110-2024 -2such injury. This Court does not find any justification to cancel bail granted to him based on the allegations of threat and beatings. However, in view of serious and unusual nature of allegations, the investigator to expedite the investigation and in case challan has been presented, the trial Court is requested to expedite the trial on priority basis, in accordance with law keeping in view the behaviour of respondent no.2. 4.
Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of.
