This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of appropriate writ for directing respondents No.1 to 3 to hold an enquiry in the misappropriation of the Government grants and Panchayat funds by respondent No.6. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioners to pursue their remedies before the concerned department in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
