In pursuance with the order dated 10.12.2024, learned State counsel has produced the copy of EWS Income and Asset Certificate issued by the Government of Haryana reflecting that the Naib Tehsildar, Lakhan Majra, had issued the said Certificate on 27.12.2024 for the year YAG DUTT 2025.01.17 16:06 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
LPA No.3124 of 2024 (O&M) -22020-2021 stating that the respondent Parveen belongs to the Economically Weaker Sections as his gross income is below Rs.6 lakh for the financial year 2019-2020. The copy of Certificate is taken on record. 2.
In view of the above-said Certificate and the candid statement made by learned counsel for the appellants, upon instructions, that if the respondent produces the EWS Certificate for the year 2020-2021 in the prescribed proforma, the appellant-University would allow him to join on the post of Skill Instructor (Tools and Die) which was reserved for the EWS, we dispose of this appeal with directions to the appellant-University to take steps for allowing the respondent to join in terms of the EWS Certificate, the copy of which has been taken on record today. 3.
The respondent shall produce the original Certificate before the competent Authority of the appellant-University within a period of seven days henceforth along-with the copy of the order. Thereafter, the concerned competent Authority shall take the afore-said steps. 4.
