(ORAL) Through this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case bearing FIR No.468 dated 28.09.2023 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 341, 452 and 506 of IPC (Section 325 of IPC added later on) at P.S. Sadar Nuh, District Nuh.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Inderjeet submits that in compliance of order dated 10.01.2024, petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for further interrogation. 3.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 10.01.2024 passed by this Court is made absolute, however, the petitioners shall keep on appearing before the Investigating Agency as and when required and shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) CrPC.
