Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking anticipatory bail for the petitioner in FIR No.98 dated 25.07.2025 under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC and Section 13 of Punjab Travel Professional Act registered at Police Station Bhogpur, District Jalandhar.

On the last date of hearing, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner, however, interim bail was granted to him with a direction to appear before the Investigating Officer to join the investigation. But today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and even as per the statement made by learned State Counsel, the petitioner has not joined the investigation. Since there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and also in light of the fact that the petitioner has not joined the investigation, it appears that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing the present petition. Dismissed.
