 This appeal has been filed by the appellant against the impugned order dated 29.11.2023 whereby the prayer for grant of stay has been rejected and the writ petition has been ordered to be listed for 20.12.2023 in the urgent list.

Learned counsel for the appellant has informed that after declaration of the result, selected candidate has already joined and his appointment is subject to the final decision of the writ petition. The writ petition is pending for 20.12.2023. It is evident that at this stage no effective/final decision has been taken by the learned Single Bench deciding the rights of the appellant.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, no ground to interfere in the impugned order passed by the learned Single Judge is made out. The appeal is accordingly dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the appellant to take up all the pleas before the learned Single Judge.
