(ORAL) Through this Criminal Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of petitioner and his family members at the hands of private respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.3 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur, is directed to look into representation dated 14.12.2019 (Annexure P-2) moved by the petitioner.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur, to look into the representation of the petitioner dated 14.12.2019 (Annexure P-2) and decide the same after RAVINDER SINGH 2020.01.06 16:01 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
