This is a contempt petition filed under Section 2(b) read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for punishing the respondents for disobeying the order dated 28.09.2021 passed in CWP17634-2021. 2.

Counsel for the respondent submits that the order dated 28.09.2021 passed in CWP-17634-2021 has been complied with and the costs imposed by this Court, vide order dated 16.01.2024, has already been deposited with Punjab & Haryana High Court Bar Clerks Association, Chandigarh. Copy of communication issued by the Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Bathinda to that effect, has been produced by the counsel for the respondents in the Court today. The same is taken on record. Registry is directed to scan and tag it at an appropriate place. 3.

Counsel for the petitioner has not even disputed the aforesaid fact.

In view of the above, the present petition is rendered infructuous and dismissed, as such.
