(Oral) Present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent No.3 to accept his representation (Annexure P-3) whereby he has sought his premature release in case having FIR No.295 dated 6.7.2000 under Sections 302/34 IPC registered at Police Station City Sirsa District Sirsa wherein he was convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment.
