The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, for quashing of FIR No. 185, dated 27.09.2021, under Sections 420, 120-B of IPC and Section 13 of the Punjab Travel Professionals (Regulation) Act, 2014, registered at Police Station Phase-I, District SAS Nagar Mohali, and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of the compromise dated 14.10.2024 (Annexure P-2), effected between the parties.

Being it a partial compromise quashing petition, counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the same with liberty to file a comprehensive one by impleading all the concerned parties.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought and recorded here-above.
