Instant revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 151, CPC, inter alia for setting aside order dated 26.08.2023, Annexure P-1, passed by the learned Sole Arbitrator, in case titled as Meena Bazaar Versus Ambeince Developers & Infrastructure Ltd. and another, whereby, application filed by the petitioner, under Sections 12 (2), 12 (3) (A), 12 (4), 13 (2) and 13 (3) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, read with Section 151, CPC, seeking withdrawal from the Tribuanl, was dismissed.
