**** NIDHI GUPTA, J. (Oral) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No.95 dated 29.07.2019 under Sections 363, 366-A, 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Shri Hargobindpur, District Batala (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel for the State submits that the present FIR has already been quashed vide order dated 22.05.2024 passed by this Court in CRM-M-35499-2023 titled as 'Mulla Bakash and others vs. State of Punjab and others' Neutral Citation No. 2024: PHHC: 072750. A copy of the said order has been handed over in Court today and the same is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw present petition.

Permitted to do so.
