(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner - Sunil Kumar - in case FIR No.350 dated 10.09.2019 registered under Sections 420, 120B, 467, 468, 471 IPC at Police Station Matlauda, District Panipat. On instructions from Investigating Officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioner - Sunil Kumar - has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

In view of above, order dated 20.12.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
