This is a petition under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.161, dated 15.05.2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 506 & 509 of IPC, at Police Station Sector 5, Gurugram, District Gurugram. 2.

During the course of hearing; learned State counsel, on instructions from Sub Inspector Naveen, submits that the entire prosecution evidence has already been concluded and the case is next fixed for 05.03.2024 for defence evidence (if any).

In view of the above, this Court does not deem it appropriate to consider granting the bail to the petitioner, at this stage, when the entire prosecution evidence stands concluded.

The petition stands dismissed.
