Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas as have been raised herein before the Trial Court at appropriate stage. 2.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.

Since the matter arises out of an FIR lodged way back in the year 2019, the Trial Cout would be expected to make strenuous efforts for concluding the trial at the earliest. The Trial Court shall make a schedule for summoning the witnesses in advance and fix short dates in the matter. The District Attorney/Incharge Officer concerned is directed to ensure the presence of the PWs as and when directed by the Trial Court.
