(Oral) Prayer in this petition is to quash the order dated 10.01.2022 (Annexure P-9), whereby petitioner was declared proclaimed offender during the proceedings of a case arising out of DDR No.39 dated 05.06.2017, under Sections 323, 324, 341, 506, 148 and 147 of IPC(Section 307 IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Morinda, Districgt Rupnagar Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition as the same has been rendered infructuous. Dismissed as withdrawn.
