DAYA CHAUDHARY (ORAL) Learned counsel for the appellant submits that a compromise has been arrived at between the parties in presence of two witnesses from each side which has been signed by the parties duly attested by the Notary Public. A photocopy of the said compromise has been handed over to this Court and the same is taken on record.

Both the parties are present in Court and duly have been identified by their respective counsel. Both the parties are happy with the compromise arrived at between them. Respondent- Shashi Kant submits that he has no objection in case, the appeal filed by the appellant-Jyoti Sharma is allowed.
