JUSTICE ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN Present:- Mr. Gurmohan Singh Bedi, Advocate for the petitioner. ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) The petitioner, who had been awarded a contract for providing cleaning, sanitation and housekeeping services by Haryana Roadways, Karnal, has approached this Court seeking quashing of order dated 10.12.2019 (Annexure P-9) passed by Haryana Roadways, Karnal, State Transport Department, Haryana, whereby a notice of termination of his contract was issued and wherein it was directed that in case the petitioner has to say anything he may do so before 13.12.2019 failing which it shall be assumed that he has nothing to say in the matter. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to the aforesaid notice dated 10.12.2019 (Annexure P-9), he submitted his reply dated 11.12.2019 (Annexure P-10) but no specific order PANKAJ KAKKAR 2019.12.23 15:04 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

( 2 ) CWP-37542-2019 (O&M) has been passed thereafter although in his reply it had been categorically stated that requisite compliance had been made. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-General Manager, Haryana Roadways, Karnal, Haryana to look into the matter and to pass an appropriate order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner while also consideraing the reply filed by the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three weeks from today. Till an appropriate order is passed thereupon, respondent No.2General Manager, Haryana Roadways, Karnal, Haryana shall not identify any other fresh service provider.
