The petitioner has approached this Court seeking quashing of order dated 11.11.2019 (Annexure P-1), wherein the case of the petitioner for premature release was ordered to be deferred for 2 years and it was specifically recorded therein that the matter would be reconsidered after 2 years w.e.f. 10.9.2019.

Since the period of 2 years w.e.f. 10.9.2019 has already elapsed, the instant petition is disposed off with a direction to the authorities concerned to consider the matter afresh without being influenced by earlier order dated PANKAJ KAKKAR 2021.12.07 17:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
