(Oral) At this stage, counsel for the respondent submits that an amicable settlement has been reached between the parties and both of them have started residing together. As such, he gives an undertaking that the respondent shall withdraw the petition under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act i.e. HMA-250-2024 titled "Prem Singh v/s Harpreet Kaur", on the next date of hearing, before learned trial Court.

In view of the undertaking, so given by the counsel for the respondent, counsel for the applicant, at this stage, submits that he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn.

Ordered accordingly.
