Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has been acquitted vide judgment dated 27.1.2022 passed by the trial Court.

The fact regarding acquittal of the petitioner has not been refuted by the State counsel on instructions from ASI Kuldeep Raj. In view of the above, present petition stands dismissed being rendered infructuous.
