 **** MANISHA BATRA, J. (oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from- ASI Sham Lal has submitted that the petitioner did not join the investigation in compliance of order dated 06.12.2023 passed by this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that he is unable to contact with the petitioner.
