At this stage, Ms. Upasana Dhawan, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, appears on behalf of the respondent-State, in pursuance of the advance copy of paper book having already been supplied to her, and submits that in terms of order dated 21.02.2025 (Annexure P-18), proceedings have already been initiated against the concerned Junior Engineer and Gram Sachiv, and that an FIR has also been registered against respondent No. 7 and others. It is further submitted that apart from the aforesaid proceedings, a regular enquiry has also been initiated against the Junior Engineer and Gram Sachiv, which is pending before the learned Sub Divisional Magistrate, Ellenabad. Learned State counsel further submits that all the aforesaid proceedings shall be taken to their logical end. 4.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned State counsel, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition and the same is disposed of, accordingly. 5.
