By this common order, CWP-27491-2023, CWP No.27396-2023, and CWP-27477-2023 are hereby adjudicated as common questions of law and facts are involved.

Learned counsels for the petitioners submit that case of the petitioners is squarely covered by a judgment passed by this Court in a bunch of petitions including CWP-9237-2023 decided on 15.11.2023 titled as Gopal Singh and others Vs. The Bhakra Bedas Management Board and others. 3.

Mr. Rajesh Garg, Senior Advocate assisted by Ms. Neha Matharoo, Advocate does not dispute the fact that present petitioners are identically placed with petitioners in the aforesaid judgment passed in CWP9237-2023. 4.

In the wake of statements of both sides, the present petitions stand disposed of in terms of judgment passed in CWP-9237-2023 titled as Gopal Singh and others Vs. The Bhakra Bedas Management Board and others decided on 15.11.2023.
