**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 219 dated 18.9.2019 under Sections 120-B, 489-A, 489-B, 489-C IPC registered at Police Station Mullana, District Ambala.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that FSL report has not yet been received in the case.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Gian Singh, has submitted that FSL report is still awaited. In view of the above, without commenting anything on the merits, lest it should prejudice the case of either side, the petitioner is granted interim bail, subject to furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court/Duty Magistrate, till the receipt of FSL report.
